Certification Program


This 80-hour program prepares participants seeking employment and career advancement in an office setting. Learn and master leadership and management skills by gaining knowledge of office competencies, records and information management, financial reporting and procedures, time and workstation management, communication and soft skills, coordination, supervising, and ongoing professional development. Completion of this course will allow participants to challenge the Office Manager Certification exam authorized by the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers (NACPB).
