Online Certification Program
The Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification program is designed for any individual interested in taking that first step to begin or advance their career in the Human Resources field. Through this 144-hour course, the student will gain knowledge and understanding of all five fundamental areas necessary for an HR professional, such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Compliance & Risk Management. Upon completion of this course, participants will be prepared to challenge the aPHR certification exam accredited by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). No prior experience is required.
